Proceed down the hall to a bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, hardwood floors, 50" flat-screen TV, and 2 large windows offering direct oceanfront views. Walk up the stairs to the second floor where you are greeted with unobstructed ocean views and a magnificent open floor plan. The large family room has beautiful hardwood floors, a 65” flat-screen TV, and 10-foot high ceilings with two large glass sliders to access the deck overlooking the beach. Step up to the dining room furnished with a table that comfortably seats ten with more unobstructed ocean views. Convenient half bath located off the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, and a large peninsula where you can sit and eat or just prep dinner while watching the waves roll in. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with more beautiful ocean views. The third floor offers hardwood floors throughout. A large master bedroom with 2 glass sliders leads to another deck that directly looks over the ocean. Relax in bed and watch the waves or a show on the wall-mounted 50” TV. You do not need to lift your head off the pillow to watch the waves! The Master bath has a beautiful travertine walk-in shower with body sprays. Wawa is 4 blocks away. Walk across the street to the 'new' LaScala's beach House for dinner or a cocktail. Atlantic City nightlife is only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment, and sensational restaurants. We provide 10 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, and a beach wagon. We also provide free WiFi. There is parking for one car in the garage and 2 more can fit in the driveway depending on vehicle size. We have a keyless entry, so no keys to keep track of!
